Rwanda and Singapore signed an amending protocol to the 2014 income tax treaty between the two countries on 13 September 2024 and 18 September 2024, respectively. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
