Protocol to CIS Mutual Assistance Agreement in Force for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan

According to recent reports, the protocol to the mutual assistance agreement between the members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) entered into force for Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan on 25 March 2020 and for Azerbaijan on 16 July 2020. The protocol, signed 2 November 2018, includes provisions regarding the electronic exchange of information for tax purposes. The CIS member states include Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
