The Trump Administration has published the Executive Order signed on 9 April 2025 that pauses country-specific reciprocal tariffs introduced by the Executive Order signed on 2 April 2025, except for China. The Executive Order provides that the Country-Specific Ad Valorem Rates of Duty (reciprocal tariffs) are suspended with effect from 10 April 2025 to 9 July 2025, with all specified countries instead subject to the general 10% tariff, with the exception of China.
