On 6 April 2023, the Kyrgyz Republic adopted new requirements for invoice usage. Sales invoices must be registered with the Electronic Invoice Note system (ETTN) to be issued to customers electronically.   Moreover, the new requirements do not apply to taxpayers that use cash register and pay tax conditioned on a patent or apply zero rate based on a single tax with an annual revenue under KGS 8 million (ca.
