According to a recent update from the Norwegian Government, negotiations are underway for amending protocols to the 2011 tax treaty with North Macedonia, the 1995 tax treaty with Vietnam, and the 2015 tax treaty with Zambia. Any resulting protocols would be the first to amend the treaties and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
