Nigeria's Ministry of Finance issued Circular F. 17981/T/39 on 7 December 2023 concerning the "Fiscal Incentives for the Presidential Gas Growth Initiative". The circular confirms that the importation of equipment related to compressed natural gas and liquified petroleum gas in the Nigerian market attracts a 0% import duty rate.
