According to recent reports, Nigeria is expected to adopt Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting in the near future in order to collect information on targeted MNE's headquartered in the country and to exchange CbC reports with other jurisdictions under the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement for the exchange of CbC reports, which Nigeria signed in January 2016.
