According to recent reports, Nigeria's Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has been directed to begin the collection of a levy for the funding of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), which is one of multiple sources of funding for the NASENI enacted in 1992, but not fully implemented.
