On 17 December 2015, Law 922 was published in Nicaragua's Official Gazette and entered into force the same date. The law delays the implementation of the country's transfer pricing rules to 30 June 2017. The transfer pricing rules are included in Law 822 of 2012 as amended in 2014, and were meant to apply from 1 January 2016.
