On 18 January 2024, New Zealand Inland Revenue published an updated list of participating jurisdictions for the exchange of financial accounting information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). With effect from 1 April 2024, the list is expanded with the addition of Georgia, Kenya, Maldives, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Thailand, Uganda, and Ukraine as participating jurisdictions. These are jurisdictions that are able to provide New Zealand with financial account information under the CRS. The full list includes 118 participating jurisdictions.
