Australia-Brunei-Canada-Chile-Japan-Malaysia-Mexico-New Zealand-Peru-Singapore-Vietnam

On 8 March 2018, officials from Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, and Vietnam signed the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP-11). The agreement does not replace the original Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TTP-2016), signed 4 February 2016 ({News-2016-02-11/T/2-previous coverage}), but rather incorporates, by reference, the provisions of the TTP-2016 except for the Articles on Accession, Entry into Force, Withdrawal, and Authentic Texts.
