The Netherlands is reportedly planning to enter into negotiations for the revision of the 1989 tax treaty with the Philippines, the 1971 tax treaty with Spain, the 1995 tax treaty with Vietnam, and the 1989 tax treaty with Zimbabwe. In addition, the Netherlands is planning to negotiate new tax treaties with Iran and Uruguay, which would be the first of the kind between the Netherlands and the respective countries.
