Multilateral Exchange Agreements Signed on Income Earned on Digital Platforms and on CRS Avoidance Arrangements and Opaque Offshore Structures

The OECD has announced that 28 jurisdictions have taken part in the signing of multilateral competent authority agreements for the exchange of information on income derived through digital platforms (DPI-MCAA) and for the exchange of information on CRS avoidance arrangements and opaque offshore structures (MDR-MCAA).
