On 31 May 2018, the Moroccan Council of Ministers approved the pending income tax treaty with the Republic of the Congo. The treaty, signed 30 April 2018, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
