Montenegro Sets Reduced VAT Rate for Baby Diapers, Feminine Hygiene Products, and Solar Panels

On 16 December 2022, Montenegro published an amendment law in the Official Gazette that reportedly provides for a reduction in the VAT rate on baby diapers and feminine hygiene products from 21% to 7%. A reduction in the VAT rate to 7% is also provided on the sale, installation, and import of solar panels.
