Mauritius Provides Update on Current Tax Treaty Negotiations

Mauritius-Algeria-Canada-Czech Rep-Greece-Hong Kong-Iran-Lesotho-Malawi-Montenegro-Portugal-Saudi Arabia-Saint Kitts and Nevi-Tanzania-Yemen

A recent report issued by the Mauritius Revenue Authority provides an update on active tax treaty negotiations. The countries with which Mauritius is currently negotiating tax treaties include: Algeria Canada CA The Czech Republic Greece Hong Kong Iran Lesotho Malawi Montenegro Portugal Saudi Arabia St. Kitts and Nevis Tanzania, and Yemen Aside from Lesotho, the treaties will be the first of their kind between Mauritius and the respective countries. The treaty under negotiation with Lesotho will replace the 1997 income tax treaty between the two countries, which is currently in force. Additional details of each treaty will be published once...
