The Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) published updated guidelines for the Green Technology incentives in October 2024. As announced as part of the Budget for 2024, green technology tax incentives were extended and revised for applications received by MIDA (and qualifying assets purchased) from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026.
