The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) has published updated guidelines dated 28 October 2023 on the new electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) requirements, E-Invoice Guideline (Version 2.1). The update includes various changes to the guide including a revised implementation timeline.
