Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) has published new Guidelines for Principal Hub Incentive 3.0. The new Guidelines are effective for applications received by MIDA from 1 January 2021 until 31 December 2022. Principal Hub (PH) 3.0 is similar to PH 2.0, although there are a few changes.
