Luxembourg has published in the Official Gazette the Law of 17 April 2018 for the introduction of a new IP regime. The new regime, approved by parliament on 22 March 2018 ({News-2018-03-27/A/6-previous coverage}), is in line with the modified nexus approach developed as part of BEPS Action 5 and replaces the prior regime, which was abolished effective 1 July 2016 with grandfathering.
