The Luxembourg government on 17 July 2024 released a bill of law including several tax relief measures for both corporates and individuals. The key proposals include the following: Corporate Taxpayers The corporate tax rate would be reduced by one percentage point and would be set at 16% generally (from 17% currently) and 14% (from 15% currently) for the portion of income not exceeding EUR 175,000.
