The Luxembourg Administration of Direct Tax (Administration des Contributions Directes - ACD) announced the availability of the pre-validation environment and the procedure for platform operators to submit their declarations for DAC7 via MyGuichet on 19 January 2024. Considering the availability from 19 January, the deadline for DAC7 declarations is extended to 19 February 2024. DAC7 requires platform operators to submit declarations on sellers using their platform after the end of each year, which is normally due by 31 January.
