Jersey published the Taxation (Implementation) (International Tax Compliance) (Common Reporting Standard) Regulations (Jersey) Amendment Order 2024 in the Official Gazette on 10 June 2024, which updates the list of participating jurisdictions for the exchange of financial account information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). The order provides for the addition of Jamaica, Kenya, New Caledonia, and Thailand from the 2023 reporting year. The order also provides for the removal of Anguilla, Liberia, Montserrat, Morocco, Niue, and Trinidad and Tobago with effect from 1 July 2024.
