The Jersey government has announced the launch of a consultation on the extension of Jersey's economic substance regime to partnerships. The consultation runs from 1 February to 1 March 2021. --- Introduction The purpose of this consultation is to examine the extension to partnerships of economic substance rules that currently apply to Jersey resident companies.
