Italy has approved the ratification of a treaty protocol with Luxemburg. The protocol was originally signed in June 2012 and will amend the original tax treaty between the two countries, which was signed in 1981. The protocol amends the wording of the applicable taxes and the competent authorities, and replaces the article on exchange of information to bring it in line with OECD standards.
