The Isle of Man Government has published its bilateral competent authority agreements signed with the Cayman Islands, the Turks and Caicos Islands, and the UK. The CbC exchange agreement with the Cayman Islands was signed on 4 April 2018. The agreement provides for the non-reciprocal automatic exchange of CbC reports received by the Cayman Islands for reporting fiscal years beginning on or after 1 January 2016.
