On 4 November 2024, the Hungarian Parliament (National Assembly) approved the ratification of the pending protocols to Hungary's tax treaties with Serbia and Switzerland. The amending protocol to the 2001 income and capital tax treaty between Hungary and Serbia was signed on 8 October 2024 and is the first to amend the treaty.
