The Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department has announced the passage of the Stamp Duty (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2023 by the Legislative Council on 21 June 2023, which provides for the implementation of stamp duty relief to attract and keep talent in Hong Kong.
