The Guernsey Government has published an updated version of Guernsey's policy on Tax Information Exchange Agreements (TIEAs) and Double Taxation Arrangements (DTAs), which includes the current status of TIEA and DTA negotiations. With respect to TIEAs, the policy document includes that Guernsey has concluded discussions on TIEAs with the following countries and is ready to make arrangements to sign the Agreements as soon as the other territories have completed their internal requirements enabling them to sign: Ghana; Kenya; Malawi; and Zambia.
