Gibraltar has published the Social Security (United Kingdom) Order 2024, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with the United Kingdom. The agreement was concluded through the exchange of notes signed by the United Kingdom on 25 January 2024 and by Gibraltar on 26 January 2024. It will enter into force on the first day of the month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
