The French Supreme Administrative Court (Conseil d'Etat) has issued a judgment regarding the exchange of information by the French tax authority with the U.S. tax authority as per the terms of the FATCA agreement between the two countries. The exchange of information was challenged by the Association of Accidental Americans (Association des Américains Accidentels).
