Finland's Ministry of Finance has issued a release on draft bill HE 77/2022 vp, which was announced in parliament on 20 May 2022. The draft bill provides for the introduction of a temporary VAT exemption on domestic sales of goods intended for free supply to persons fleeing the Russian invasion of Ukraine and intra-Community acquisitions from other Member States, as well as services related to such goods.
