On 14 February 2023, the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights issued its judgment in the case of Halet v. Luxembourg, holding that the conviction of Mr. Halet for the disclosure of information to journalists in the LuxLeaks scandal constituted a violation of the freedom of expressions.
