Estonian "white list" expanded to include Georgia and Singapore

On 28 February 2008, the Government of Estonia expanded the so-called "white list" (Regulation No. 11 of 11 January 2000) to include Georgia and Singapore. These countries are therefore automatically not considered as low-tax jurisdictions. The reason for this amendment was that the tax treaties with these countries became effective on 1 January 2008. The amendment is effective retroactively as of 1 January 2008 and brings the number of "white-listed" countries to 42.
