Estonia's Ministry of Finance has submitted a proposal in parliament for the introduction of a new reporting requirement for digital platforms through which services may be offered in Estonia. The proposal includes that such platforms would be required to report information on identification and registration numbers of persons, including non-residents, that have received income through the platform from services provided in Estonia, as well as the amount and type of income received in a calendar year.
