El Salvador's Ministry of Finance issued a notice on 3 May 2022 on the applicable interest rates for late tax payments during the period 1 February to 31 July 2022. This includes an annual interest rate of 6.43%, which is increased to 10.43% after 60 days following the expiration of the due date for the tax obligation.
