The European Commission is reportedly preparing to update the EU's information exchange agreements with Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, and Switzerland that were signed in 2015 and 2016. The agreements currently provide the legal basis for the reciprocal automatic exchange of financial account information between each of the 27 EU Member States and each of these non-EU countries, in accordance with the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
