Officials from the Czech Republic and Montenegro are holding the first round of negotiations for a new income tax treaty from 24 November to 26 November 2021. Any resulting treaty must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 2004 tax treaty between the Czech Republic and Serbia and Montenegro as it applies between the Czech Republic and Montenegro.
