On 14 July 2014, the Czech Republic approved for signature a draft income tax treaty with Kyrgyzstan. A previous draft treaty was initialed in 2005 but never signed. The new draft treaty was initial 12 February 2014 and must now be signed and ratified before entering into force. Additional details will be published once available.
