On 21 December 2007, the amendments to the Corporate Income Tax Law were published in the Official Gazette Issue 110. Most of the amendments enter into force as of 1 January 2008. However, a number of amendments enter into force retroactively as of 1 January 2007. The final text incorporates most of the proposed amendments, with some exceptions listed below.
