China's State Administration of Taxation (SAT) and the United States Internal Revenue Service announced the completion of an advance pricing agreement (APA) involving Wal-Mart Stores Inc. on 22 December 2006. The APA was signed by the Commissioner of the SAT when he visited the United States in the second week of January 2007.
