The Isle of Man Government has published the Country-by-Country (CbC) report exchange agreement signed by Jersey on 24 December 2019 and by the Isle of Man on 31 December 2019. The agreement provides for reciprocal automatic exchange of CbC reports received in both jurisdictions. Jersey CbC Reports are to be exchanged with respect to fiscal years of MNE Groups commencing on or after 1 January 2016, while Isle of Man CbC Reports are to be exchanged with respect to fiscal years of MNE Groups commencing on or after 1 January 2017.
