Canada Joins Mexico and U.S. in New Trade Agreement

The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has announced that Canada and the United States have reached an agreement, alongside Mexico, on a new trade agreement: the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
