On 15 May 2020, Cambodia's Council of Minister approved for ratification the pending income tax treaties with Malaysia and South Korea, which were signed on 3 September 2019 and 25 November 2019, respectively. The treaties are the first of their kind between Cambodia and the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
