The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) issued a judgment on 3 June 2021 regarding permanent establishment and VAT liability of a company in Jersey in relation to a property let out by the Jersey company in Austria. The case involved Titanium Ltd., a company whose registered office and management are located in Jersey and whose corporate purpose is property management, asset management, and the management of housing and accommodation.
