Bulgaria has published the Law on Amendments to the Corporate Income Tax Act in the Official Gazette, which was adopted on 22 February 2022. One of the main amendments is a reduction in the tax on expenses related to the personal use of business assets from a rate of 10% to a rate of 3%. This applies retroactively from 1 January 2022.
