On 14 March 2016, Bulgaria deposited the ratification instrument for the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol. Bulgaria signed the convention as amended on 26 October 2015. According to the OECD overview of signatories to the convention, the convention will enter into force in Bulgaria on 1 July 2016.
