On 10 September 2015, the Bulgarian National Assembly approved for ratification the pending income and capital tax treaty with Romania. The treaty, signed 24 April 2015, will replace the 1994 income and capital tax treaty between the two countries, which is currently in force. Additional details will be published once available.
