According to an update from the OECD dated 3 September 2020, Brunei and New Caledonia have joined the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA). The MCAA provides for the exchange of information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS). According to the update Brunei intends to exchange information under CRS from September 2018 and New Caledonia intends to exchange information from September 2020.
