According to recent reports, the Assembly of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina approved amendments to the Law to mitigate the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which entered into force on 28 October 2020. The Law, first approved in May 2020, provided various relief measures including exemptions from making advance tax payments, the deferral of the first installment of property tax for 2020 until 31 December 2020, and the suspension of the calculation of interest on outstanding tax debts, among others.
